Little wing

When I'm sad, she comes to me, with a thousand smiles, she gives me free. - Little Wing

Feeling too heartsick to fight back,
I abandoned all hopes in me,
To reach or even relive,
That tiny spark people call happiness.

I wallow and I spit,
I think back and I curse,
Of what huge promises,
This tiny spark once made.

Self-pity held me close,
And made me prisoner in her towers;
Punishing me unmercifully with the death verses,
Composed to the sullen symphony - the guards whistle.

A little consolation from little wing,
Which keeps on playing,
In my not-so-straight head.
And I silently wish - for Her coming.

Haze worsens!

API in Cyber shot high overnight. Refer to Putrajaya. Even, the inside of my house was fogged up.
Schools in Selangor was ordered to close down today and tomorrow by the Education Ministry as API level in most places have rose above the hazardous mark.
The ice-cube rain in Subang was confirmed. These ice cubes were reportedly about the size of 20 cents coin.
Check out the NASA satellite image of Sumatera and Peninsular Malaysia here. It may take a while to load.

You be the judge. Should or shouldn't a stern action be taken against the Indon govt.?

Haze - Make them eat their own shit!

Darurat Jerebu!! (Haze Emergency) will be declared if the API index exceeds 500. Currently the worse API reading recorded in Malaysia is 410 at Port Klang (hazardous level).
Holidays!! My boss has announced holidays for all staff and students for tomorrow and the day after tomorrow following the worsening condition of haze in Cyberjaya for the past few days. Even the Education Minister has urged the schools not to be afraid to suspend schools if haze is bad.
Hails because of haze?? Now this incident hasn't not been confirmed yet by the officials. In a tropical country such as this, I really doubt it.

I am extremely pissed and irritated (literally), for having to eat the shit produced by our neighbours. Yeah, they say sorry, but is that enough? Is our tolerance level really that high? And yeah, the Indons do claim they impose heavy sentence on illegal loggers and ppl who practice open burning, but again is that enough? This year it's bad, though it was worse in 97. And talking abt that year, why did we never face this problem before 1997; could it be because of Suharto's Mega Rice project? One could only speculate. Regardless, it's very much understood that the haze we are experiencing today are due to all those open-burnings in Sumatera and Kalimantan, not from the so-called hot-spots in Johor or Pahang or Sarawak or Sabah. It's a fact, and the Indons have to face it.
The Malaysian govt. have to make them face it. But seriously, I don't think it'll happen. As long as we have "idiotic" leaders like Najib (Deputy PM) who is so pussified to even release the API reading, nothing remotely close to that will ever happen. Why Najib? Why so much secrecy? If the intention is to protect the tourism industry, I must say the Govt. is rather short-sighted and acting very selfishly. The ppl aren't stupid. Make them(the Indons) eat their own shit!! And let them gag and choke coz of it.
And to u fellas, do drink lotsa water.
